Online Permit Center (OPC)!

We are pleased to offer our citizens, businesses, and visitors access to our permitting system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This Online Permit Center provides you with expanded search options and the ability to view additional information related to permits and applications from all divisions within the Planning, Building and Environmental Services Department and the Department of Public Works.

Steps to create a User Account

To get started click the link above, Register for an Account, and follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your information
Choose a user name and password and provide a valid email address.

  2. Create a contact
Select a Contact Type:
    Licensed Contractors select Lic. Contractor
    All other users select Applicant
Enter your contact information and submit the registration form.

  3. Activate account
Once you have registered for an account, you will receive an email notification with a user agreement and instructions. Follow the instructions to submit the user agreement and have your account activated.

Please Note: Users will not be able to login to the Online Permit Center until a signed user agreement has been received and reviewed by County staff and the account has been activated. In addition, a credit card is needed to process an application. A convenience fee is charged by Heartland Payment Systems for making payments on this website. The convenience fee is 2.34%, and will be included with your payment.
